Take the Bloor-Danforth subway to Warden station. You don't need a transfer. Take the "69 Warden via Birchmount" bus to Parnell. On Sundays, take the 69 via Warden. It does the same loop in the other dir'n.

If you're coming from downtown, take the Gardiner E to Lakeshore. R on Kingston, L on Birchmount, R on Parnell. From the 401, exit at Warden. L on Danforth, R on Birchmount, L on Parnell. The bulding is on the right.
