Heintzman "Upright Grand" full-size upright piano. About 100 years old, I think. I've had it tuned many times - sounds fine for months after a tuning, but only really stays in tune for a week or two. It has a nice sound and no major mechanical problems... I think the lowest key or two may be blocked off.
I'm looking for a good temporary or permanent home for the piano. It won't fit into my house (I live on the third floor). Email me with offers - I would be happy to loan it to someone for 1 year, say, if you covered the moving and promised to have it tuned at least twice a year. Tuning is $100 with the guy I normally use, moving will be between $150-300 depending on whether I can hook up a deal. It has to go down one flight of stairs at 3 Parnell and its a very very tight fit, so I will not allow people to attempt moving it themselves. The professional piano movers had a hard enough time getting it up the stairs... had to take the action out, the wheels off, etc.
